The newly built Villaggio Sant Andrea (2007) is situated in the green area in Lido Altanea about 4 km from Caorle and 1.5 km from Porto Santa Margherita.

Sandy beach is located about 550 meters from the residence. Beach service for a fee on the spot, on request, booking in advance.

Villaggio consists of small apartment houses that have either a patio or a spacious ground floor balcony to the floor. All apartments are comfortably furnished and have air conditioning, TV, safe, kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• B4 - Apartment for 4 persons is about 38 square meters, double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and balcony.
• B4 / G - Apartment for 4 persons has the same layout as the B4, but the ground floor and garden.
• C5/6 - apartment for max 5 persons is about 45m2, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and balcony.

Swimming pool with separate children's section, sunbathing area, car park or garage (to the capacity).

Cot available on request in advance, payment on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, starting day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs Apartments must be free in 10.00.
