The recently built complex of residence Giardini di Altea is situated on a green area in the center Altanea Lido, about 4 km from Caorle and 1.5 kilometers from Porto Santa Margherita.

The complex is located from 500 to 800 meters from the sandy beach. Beach service can be ordered in advance for a fee on the spot.

Apartments are located in houses located around the pool. All have bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge freezer, safe and equipped garden or terrace / balcony.
B5V - apartment for max 5 persons is about 44m2 and the two floors: ground floor - living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, garden, first floor - bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom.
C7 - apartment for max 7 persons is about 60m2, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bedroom with 2 separate beds, living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed and bathroom.
