The newly built Residence Alle Farnie with shopping malls are located near the shopping center "La Quercia" in the center of Lido Altanea near Caorle.

Sandy beach is located about 600 meters from the residence. Beach service (beach umbrella + 2 chairs) for a fee in place, can be booked in advance.

Part of the apartments are located in smaller houses (each house has more apartments), others are in multi-storey buildings and have a balcony. All apartments are newly furnished and have air conditioning, satellite TV, microwave, American coffee maker, safe, hair dryer and large fridge.
• B4 - Apartment for 4 persons has a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony.
• B5V - Apartment for 5 persons is situated on two floors. Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, terrace or garden. Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C6V - Apartment for 6 persons is situated on two floors. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and a garden or terrace. First floor: bedroom with double bed, another smaller bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C7 - apartment for max 7 persons has a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single bed, another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony.

Common garden and swimming pool for adults with an integrated children's pool, small sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, parking.

The length of stay is 7 nights on any request. First day is Saturday to demand any. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and the apartment must be handed over to tidy, otherwise they will be charged a fee € 45,00 (can be ordered and paid upon arrival).
