The recently built residence Ai Salici is located near the shopping center "La Quercia" and next to equipped playground.

Sandy beach with option to order beach service is located 600 meters from the residence.

The residence consists of 6 houses that are built around a swimming pool and terrace for sunbathing. All apartments are newly furnished, with air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, balcony or garden.
• Apartment A3 has a living room with kitchenette, sofa for 2 persons and couch for 1 person, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony overlooking the pool.
• Apartment B4 is on two floors-on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, sofa for 2 persons and garden, on the 1st floor is double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
• Apartment C6 has a double bedroom, another bedroom for 2 persons, living room with kitchenette and sofa for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.

Swimming pool for adults and children, parking.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 pm, room must be released until 10.00am.

Final cleaning is not included, but the apartment must be handed over to tidy, in its original state, off the fridge, otherwise will be charged. Clients must bring their own bed sheets, or it may be ordered.
