Newly built (2007-2008) Residence Ai Pini is situated in the resort Caorle Lido Altanea at about 300 meters from the shopping mall "La Quercia". The residence is situated in the greenery of 45km2.

Sandy beach is located about 200 meters from the residence. Beach service fee on the spot can be booked in advance.

The residence consists of 263 apartments of which some are in smaller terraced houses, other buildings in the residence. All apartments are newly furnished and have air conditioning, satellite TV, microwave, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer and large fridge.
B5 - apartment for max 5 people is about 36m2 - living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony.
