Residence Ai Faggi (built 2005) lies near the center of Lido Altanea where there are restaurants, shops and is only 450 m from the beach. Near residence there is golf area.

Sandy beach is just 450 m from the residence. Beach service (sun umbrella + deck chairs) bookable for a fee.

The apartments are in 3 buildings with 2 floors around the pool. All apartments are air conditioned and have safe, TV SAT, coffee machine, hair dryer and terrace or garden.
• C5 - apartment for max 5 persons has 2 floors and on the ground floor is living room with kitchenette and double folding sofa and garden or terrace, on 1st floor is bedroom with double bed, room with one bed, toilet.
• C7 - apartment for max 7 persons has 2 floors and on the ground floor is the living room with kitchenette and double folding sofa, bathroom without shower and terrace or garden, on 1st floor is bedroom with double bed and single bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. Arrival day is Saturday. Check in from 5PM, check out by 10AM.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary that the apartment is handed over cleaned by clients (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet) in the opposite a fee of € 45,00 will be charge (or you can book it and pay at arrival).
