Residence Solemare is recently built and is located about 400 meters from the historic center of Caorle, near shops and restaurants.

Sand beach Spiaggia di Levante with the possibility of ordering beach service is just 30 meters from the residence.

4 - storey building with lift has air-conditioned apartments are fitted with TV, washing machine, balcony and parking space.
• Apartment A3 for up to 3 people has a living room with kitchenette, double bed for 2 persons and the possibility of 3rd extra bed, small balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Apartment B 4 for max. 4 people have one double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.

Self catering.

Lift, parking. Guests have free entrance to swimming pool in the residence for about 100 meters away Margherita.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00pm and rooms must be released until 10.00 am.

Final cleaning per apartment is required fee, in addition to kitchen to be spotless clients (especially kitchen, kitchenware, rendering the garbage), otherwise it will be charged.
