Mediterraneo Residence was built in 2005 and is located about 300 meters from the historic center of Caorle. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

Sandy beach Spiaggia di Levante is situated about 150m from the residence.

The apartments are located on four floors, all rooms have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette in the living room, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, balcony (except for type B4T) and parking space.
• A3 - apartment for max. 3 people consists of a lounge with double sofa bed and single bed, a small balcony.
• B4 - apartment for max. 4 persons have 2 rooms - a bedroom for 2 persons, living room with double sofa bed and balcony.
• B4T - apartment for max. 4 people on the ground floor. It consists of two rooms - a bedroom for 2 persons, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
• C5 - apartment for max. 5 people have three rooms - a bedroom with double bed and single bed, another small bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and balcony.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 10.00 pm.
