Residence Margherita was built in 2003 and consists of 16 terraced villas and is located in a quiet area about 600 meters from the center of Caorle. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

sandy beach is only about 200m from the residence. Beach service on request in advance for a fee on the spot.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and have satellite TV, washing machine, safe, air conditioning / heating and terrace or garden.
B5 / 6 - storey apartment for 5 persons, the possibility 6.lôžka on request - only in some apartments. Ground floor: lounge with kitchenette and sofa double bed + 1 sofa bed for doobjednania, bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace or garden. Floor: bedroom with double bed and single bed (in some suites bunk bed) and balcony.
