The recently built Residence Le Terme is located close to the shopping street in the heart of Bibione Spiaggia and near thermal devices.

Sandy beach is only 100m from the residence, beach service (1slnečník, 2 beds) can be ordered in advance for a fee.

Pleasantly furnished apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette in the living room, air conditioning, heating, TV, security door, safe and parking.
• B4 - for up to 4 people, has a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, terrace and parking space.
• B4S - as B4, but parking in the garage.
• C6 - for up to 6 people, has a bedroom with three beds, a bedroom with two single beds, living room with single sofa bed, terrace and parking space.
• C6S - as the C6, but the parking garage.
• D8 - for up to 8 people, has a bedroom with three beds, two bedrooms with two single beds, living room with single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, each with shower, terrace and parking space in the garage.

Self catering.

Swimming pool for adults and children on the roof of the residence, terrace, bar, shared garden, lift, some apartments also have underground parking garage (see description).

Baby cot on request in advance for a fee on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 10.00 pm.

• Beach service € 20,00 / week in the period from May 14-May 20, 2011 and September 10-September 18, 2011,
€ 38.00 per week in the period from May 21-June 10, 2011 and August 27-September 9, 2011 ,
€ 51.00 per week in the period from June 11-August 26, 2011 (must be booked in advance, paid on the spot),
• cot € 35.00 / week (must be booked in advance, paid on the spot),
• bed linen € 10 , 00 / person / sharing,
• towels and € 8.00 / person / change (please order in advance, payable on site),
• comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must submit a tidy apartment. Otherwise, the fee will be charged, respectively. You can order a final cleaning charge € 35, 00 / apartment type B € 40.00 / apartment type C € 50.00 / apartment type D, to be paid on the spot.
