Newly built residence Parco delle Nazioni is located close to shops, restaurants in the district of Lido del Sole.

Sandy beach is 450 meters away from the residence with the option to order beach service (1 umbrella + beds respectively chairs or a combination thereof, on request, payable on site)

Residence, divided into two blocks, consisting of 3 buildings and offers accommodation for 2, respectively. 3 floors.
All apartments have air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, satellite TV, safe.
• A3 - spacious living room with kitchen and 3 bed-places, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
• B5 - consists of a bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, bathroom with shower box, balcony.
• C6 - consists of a bedroom with double bed, small room with two beds, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony.
• C7 - consists of a bedroom with double bed and single bed, small room with 2 beds, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The apartment has a balcony with a spiral staircase to a wide terrace and floor with 2 bathrooms.
