The recently built residence Girasole has 2 floors in a beautiful nature center and Bibione Spiagia is located 600 m from the residence.

Sandy beach lies close to the residence 800 m remote possibility to order beach service (1 beach umbrella + 2 chairs or a sunbed or a combination thereof) to request payment on the spot.

All apartments are two-floor (ground floor and 1st floor), have satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer, coffee maker, garden or terrace and parking space in the garage.
• B 5 - Apartment (30m / 2) for max 5 persons: 1 floor bedroom with double bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sofa double bed, garden or terrace.
• C 6 - apartment (40m / 2) for max. 6 people-1 floor bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sofa double bed, bathroom without shower, garden or terrace.

Self catering.

Swimming pool for adults and children with sun beds and parasols. Garage.

Cot on request in advance at an additional cost.

7 = 5 in the period from 28.04.-26.05.2012 and 09.06.- 16.06.2012 (when booking to 30/04/2012). 7 = 6 in the period from 26.05.-02.06.2012 and 16.06.- 30.06.2012 (when booking to 04/30/2012).

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday and the possibility of accommodation is from 17.00 hrs. Apartments must be released within hours 10.00.

Final cleaning is not included in the price, but it is necessary that the apartment was handed over to put clients (a special kitchen, bathroom and toilet) in the opposite case will be charged.
