Newly renovated (2010) Evanike Residence is located 800 m from the center near Spiaggia Bibione spa facilities.

The residence consists of 74 apartments which are modern furnished if the equipment includes dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, satellite TV and safe. Apartments for 4-5 people located on the ground floor with fenced garden. Apartments for 6-8 persons is located on the 1st floor and have a terrace with grill.
• B4 - Apartment for 4 persons - is located on the ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• B5 - apartment for max. 5 people - is located on the ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C6 - apartment for max. 6 people - is located on the ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed and a smaller room with one bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• D8 - apartment for max. 8 people - is located on two floors. To 1 Floor is a bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with one single bed, living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and terrace, the attic is a bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed ( Some apartments have 2 WC).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00.
