The recently built residence Ducale is located about 600 m from cemtra Bobopme - Lido del Sole.

residence is 700 m away from the beach, beach service fee on the spot (possibility to order in advance).

The residence consists of terraced villas with apartments of various types.
All apartments are furnished with new equipment and all have bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, safe, hair dryer, fan in the bedroom and a reserved parking space / apartment.
On the ground floor apartments have front yards, on the 1st floor balcony.
Air conditioning and garage on request for a fee on the spot.
• B5 - for up to 5 people is about 45 m2 has a bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa-1-sleeper sofa and bunk beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• B5_G - like B5 but on the ground floor with terrace or garden.
• C6 - for max. 6 people is about 54 m2 and consists of bedroom with double bed and single bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and living room with sofa sleeper 1-bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
• C6g - but as a C6 on the ground floor with a front garden.
