The residence consists of a main building and 2 side is located in beautiful surroundings, only 16 km from Pisa.

Nearest sandy beach is only 30m from the hotel. There is a self-service restaurant and bar, beach service.

The residence offers accommodation in apartments for 4-6 persons.
All apartments are modern, some may be on 2 floors and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, color TV, telephone, safe. Some have a balcony or terrace.
Air conditioning on request (payment on site).
• Mono 3/4 - apartment for 3 or 4 pax has living room with kitchenette, master bed and couch (1-2 bedded pull-out chouch or bunk bed).
• Bilo 4 (28m2) - apartment for 4 people has a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons. Upon request, the ability to add extra (fee).
• Trilo 6 (35m2) - Apartment for 6 persons with 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons.
