Location
The newly built Residence Mediterraneo (year 2008) is located only about 100m from the center with shops, restaurants and the like.
Beach
Directly across from the sandy beach, the residence has an agreement with a private beach.
Accomodation
The residence consists of 70 apartments type MONO and white, of which 5 are adapted for disabled (on request). The apartments are comfortable, simply and comfortably furnished, with LCD TV, telephone, air conditioning and heating (for a fee, see the possibility to book).
• MONO 2 - apartment for max. 2 people, is about 30m2, living room with kitchenette (electric hotplate, refrigerator, freezer), double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony equipped with table and chairs.
• BILO 4 - for max. 4 people is about 50m2, as MONO 2, also has a bedroom with double bed.

Facilities and services
Elevator, Reception (spoken in English, German, Russian), credit cards accepted. Parking is available on the street, on-demand for a fee on a closed indoor parking.
Sport and relax
There are sports facilities for a fee: minigolf 200m, horseback riding 3 km, tennis 500 m, bike rental 200m, on the beach beach volleyball, beach soccer and the like.

Lenght of stay, check-in
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Starting day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be free till 10.00 hrs.
