Several different residences located on the coast of Costa Paradiso in the northwest of Sardinia. The complex is spread over an area of 800H, much of which is a natural park. Located 35km from Santa Teresa Gallura and Castelsardo. The port of Porto Torres 70 km, 107 km Alghero airport, port and airport in Olbia 90km.

Coast are cliffs and coves with small sandy beaches, which are usually accessible from the sea. Beach "Li Cossi" available after the walk. Beach service for a fee on the spot.

• Res. Paradiso - type M2, B4, T6: in the center of the complex, about 600 meters from the sea with cliffs, swimming pool exclusively for clients of the residence.
• Res. Belvedere - Type T6: only 100 meters from the center of a complex, 600 meters from the shoreline with cliffs, swimming pool exclusively for clients of the residence, view of the sea.
• Res. Le Baietti - type M2, B4, T6 (Bai): panoramic location across from the Gulf Asinari, about 200m from the shoreline with cliffs, with a swimming pool.
• Res. Collina - Type B2 / 4 (Sports) newly built apartments near the sports center, about 2km from the coast cliffs.
• Type M2 - a single room with 2 sofa-bed sofa, dinette, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace.
• Type B4 - bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa-bed sofa, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace.

In the complex 2 shopping centers - supermarket, boutique, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy.

The Sporting center are 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 multipurpose playground, piano bar, theater and disco, game room, the possibility of diving courses, excursions, rental of vessels.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Starting day is Sunday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 hrs. Apartments must be free till 10.00 hrs.
