Grand Grand Hotel Smeraldo Beach built on several levels zvažujúcich to the sea is only about 200m from the central town of Baia Sardinia Square with restaurants, bars, discos and boutiques known. Olbia airport and the port about 35 km, 10 km Arzachena, Porto Cervo only 4km.

The hotel lies in its sandy beach amidst the typically rugged coast of Sardinia with small bays. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Hotel has 162 rooms of different typologies, all have bathroom with bath or shower and WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, balcony or terrace.
50% of the rooms have sea views, 20 rooms have direct access to the beach.
Standard rooms, rooms with side sea view (SSV sign - surcharge), rooms with direct sea view (name of PVM - surcharge).
Possible to add 2 extra beds.

Half board - breakfast buffet, served dinner. Possibility to pay full board, respectively. Reduction for breakfast.

Hall with sitting area, terrace with panoramic view, garden, spacious parking (unguarded). Congress hall for 130 people. Several restaurants and bars - Smeraldo the pool, pagoda at the beach with barbeque, Patio Bar near hall-style winter garden, Piano Bar with large windows and a veranda, Beach Bar with terraces zvažujúcimi to the beach.

Four swimming pools, two of them with smaller whirlpool is nestled in the park.
In the town of Baia Sardinia of water sports, lighted tennis courts, motor boats, the possibility of excursions in the surroundings - eg. Maddalena National Park, golf club Pevero.

Standard length of stay is 7 nights. First day is a Saturday, to request another. Accommodation is available from 14.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00.
