Village, surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and located on 23 hectares of land on the outskirts of Monopoli.

Distance from the public beach about 150m from private beach about 2km. Beaches are sandy, there is a beach service (beach umbrella + 2 chairs) as well as minibus and beach bar.

Double rooms with 1 or 2 extra beds have bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, phone and Beer coolers. Third and fourth bed is a sofa bed. Rooms on the ground floor have a veranda on the second floor balcony.
