The new modern three-storey mansion Baia Blu is situated in a quiet part of the picturesque historic town of Gallipoli on the Ionian coast. The residence is near various shops, restaurants, bars and pizzerias, a major class of Corso Roma is about 500 meters from the residence.

The residence is 50 meters from the sea and promenade, the residence is a small sandy beach and a low flat rock with a fairly good entry into the sea. Long sandy beach with fine white sand beach and the possibility of leasing services is about 300 meters from the apartments.

The apartments are spacious, tastefully furnished and have a kitchenette in the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning (fee), TV and balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
