This quiet small residential complex is situated in an enclosed well maintained garden, standing olive and pine grove, about 1.5 kilometers north of the town of Vieste, which is in season to reach by public transport.

It is 350 meters away from the complex in the bay of San Lorenzo with a sandy beach (one of the most beautiful in this area) enclosed by low cliffs with the possibility of renting umbrellas and beach loungers.

The complex consists of a nice furnished ground floor two-storey villas and homes with apartments. All villas and suites are equipped with a kitchenette in the living room, bathroom, spacious terrace with garden furniture and overlooking the green.
