The recently built Residence Scoglio Degli Ache is located approximately 1.5 km from Torre Santa Sabina with various shops and restaurants, and 8km from the famous "white town" Ostuni. It is an excellent starting point to discover the central Apulia.

The residence is just 100m from the sandy and rocky beaches. Lane leads to a small bay provided with sunshades and deckchairs (with club card to run free capacity).

35 apartments on the ground floor and first floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen in living room, air conditioning, TV, safe (fee on the spot), and terrace apartments, some with sea view.
There are also apartments with wheelchair access, on request.
• BILO 4 - apartment for max 4 people is about 30m2, living room with double sofa bed or bunk bed and bedroom with double bed.

Self catering. The residence has an agreement with restaurant 2 km distant - possibility to order meals.

Bar, washing machine for chips, guarded parking lot. 1.5 kilometers from the residence is a market trade in tobacco and newspapers.

Swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sunbathing terrace, tennis courts, playgrounds for football, volleyball, basketball and Bocca.

In the period 12.06.-11.09.2010 includes use of pool, umbrellas and sunbeds the pool (the exhaustion of capacity), access to a sports center, animations, mini club for children aged 4-12 years and run into the beach service capacity.
