Reconstructed Residence Michelangelo, lies in the palm promenade, the historic center of San Benedetto del Tronto is about 2.5 km.

Sandy beach with facilities is just 20 m from the residence, beach service included.

All apartments are modern furnished and have satellite TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, hair dryer and balcony or terrace. Safe fee on the spot.
• Type B4 for 4 people - has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa sleeper 2-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Type B4 MS for 4 people as B4 but are oriented to the sea side but the smallest space.
• Type B5 for 5 people - has a bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, living room with sofa sleeper 2-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet
• Type T6 for 6 persons - 2 bedrooms with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and 2 x bathroom.

Self catering.

The residence is air-conditioned lobby with reception, bar, 5 lifts, swimming pool and parking.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released every Saturday until 10.00.
