Luxurious Modern Residence Mediterraneo consists of two buildings separated by a road. Located in a residential part of San Benedetto del Tronto about 2.5 km from the city center.

Sandy beach with equipment is about 70 m, beach service fee.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and have satellite TV, telephone, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning, parking space and bedding for a fee.
• Type B4 for 4 persons - Residence Mediterraneo 2, has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa sleeper 2-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Type B5 for 5 persons in-Residence Mediterraneo 1, two-storey apartment has a bedroom with double bed and one sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace, balcony,
• Type T5 for 5 persons - Residence Mediterraneo in second, two-storey apartment has a bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with a bed and bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor a living room with sofa sleeper 2-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with WC, balcony, terrace.
• Type T6 for 6 persons in-Residence Mediterraneo 2, double bedroom, another bedroom with two beds, lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony or terrace.
• Type T6P for 6 people - Residence Mediterraneo in second, two-storey apartment has a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a bed and a sofa bed or bunk bed, bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor a living room with sofa-bed 2-bedded , kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, terrace, balcony.
• Type T7 for 7 persons - Residence Mediterraneo in 1, two-storey apartment has 2-bedded bedroom, living room with sofa sleeper 2-bed, kitchen and toilet with sink, terrace, balcony, on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Mediterraneo 1: reception with bar, garden, parking and swimming pool that can benefit clients of both residences. Mediterraneo 2: elevator, underground garage and garden with children playground.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 10.00.
