Maiorca modern residence is located in the busier resort of San Benedetto del Tronto and 250m from the main city center.

Sandy beach is 150m, beach service fee on the spot.

All apartments are equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, iron, TV, air conditioning charge. Extra bed surcharge on request.
• BILO 4 for 2-4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• TRILO 6 for up to 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Self catering.

The residence is a lift, terrace for sunbathing on the roof, enclosed parking.

Cot on request for a fee on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 to 18.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00.
