The modern residence is situated on the outskirts of San Benedetto del Tronto, in part Porto d'Ascoli.

The residence is located directly on the beach, separated only promenade. There is beach service (umbrella + 2 chairs) for free.

The residence offers accommodation in apartments for 5-6 persons. All apartments are comfortably furnished and conveniently have SAT TV, washing machine, safe and balcony or terrace.
• B5 - apartment for max. 5 people has a bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room, dining room, kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with toilet, balcony or terrace.
• T6 - apartment for up to sixth persons has a bedroom with double bed, room with double bed or 2 beds, living room, dining room, kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with toilet, balcony or terrace.
