Residence 7 Bello is located in the resort of San Benedetto del Tronto, about 80m from the palm promenade and tourist center with shops, zmrzlinárňami and playground. about 2.5 km from the city center.

Sandy beach with equipment is about 80 m from the residence, beach service fee.

All apartments are modern furnished and have air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, kitchen with oven and balcony.
• Type B4 for 4 people - has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa sleeper sofa 2-WHY kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Type B4K as B4, but with 2 bathrooms.
• Type T6 for 6 people - has a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, living room with sofa sleeper sofa 2-WHY kitchenette bathroom with shower and toilet.

Individual. Half board available on request for a fee.

Air-conditioned lobby with reception, bar, elevator, residence in a swimming pool with sun beds and parking (fee).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released every Saturday until 10.00.
