Patrizia residence built in 2006 is suitable for family holidays. Located only about 100m from the sea, near the central communication and coastal cycling path that connects the center with surrounding Cupra Marittima centers. The nearest restaurant about 100m, shops 20m. Nearby residences leading local railway routes.

Sandy beach about 100m from the residence.
Beach service (beach umbrella + sun beds / chairs on the beach) can be ordered in advance for a fee.

The apartments are oriented different, some have sea views. Apartments on the ground floor are specially adapted for people with physical disabilities, including interior fittings.
• BILO 3 - max for 3 persons, has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed. Facilities: balcony, bathroom, air conditioning / heating (extra charge), TV (fee), microwave, hair dryer.
• BILO 4 - for up to 4 people, has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed. Facilities: balcony, bathroom, air conditioning / heating (extra charge), TV (fee), microwave, hair dryer.
• TRILO 7 - for up to 7 persons, has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds or bunk beds. Facilities: balcony, bathroom, air conditioning / heating (extra charge), TV (fee), microwave, Sura, dishwasher, hair dryer.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available at the time of 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. Apartments must be free in 10.00.
