Residence I Delfini was opened in June 2007. Located near the center of Cupra Marittima. In the vicinity of the residence is pedestrian and bicycle promenade, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, bank, post office, sports grounds and tennis courts

Sandy beach is only 90 meters away from the residence. Beach service for a fee in place, can be ordered in advance.

The residence has 34 apartments, all are fashionably furnished, with safe, TV and air conditioning at extra cost.
• BILO 4 - apartment for max 4 people has a bedroom with double bed, living room with a double-folding sofa and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony overlooking the garden residence.
• TRILO 6 - apartment for max 6 persons a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, living room with a double-folding sofa and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony overlooking the sea. There are also two special suites in the ground floor with no vision.

The residence has an elevator, reception, garden with a children's playground.

The roof is a large terrace for sunbathing and swimming. The terrace is suitable for aerobic exercise, is it overlooks the sea, coast, historic town center and surroundings
