The apartments are located in three buildings. "Casa Giada is situated in the historical center, about 50/100 m from the sea, completely refurbished. "La Casa dei Marinaut is the pedestrian zone, near the Church of the Holy Cross, on the eastern edge, about 50 m from the sea. "La Casa dei Pescatori" - a typical Ligurian building, located on the western outskirts, about 30 meters from the sea.

In the "Casa Giada" is apartment type A4 + B4, the reception is an Internet corner + Wi-Fi, have a washing machine, telephone, satellite TV, safe, some are attic, some have a balcony. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Starting day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. Apartments must be released on Saturday in 10.00. In the period 05.12.-03.04, 10.04.-29.05 and 25.09.-28.11.2010 stay is possible to min. 6 nights, boarding day Saturday and Sunday.
