Reconstructed (2001) T-Village Residence is located in parts of Cincinnati, about 4 km from the town of Anzio and about 60-70 km south of Rome. Ideal for families and for guests who prefer relaxation, the availability of the sea and visit the nearby city of Rome.

Directly on the sandy beach. Beach is one of the most beautiful and cleanest in the neighborhood of Rome (awarded the European Blue Flag). It is possible to choose between two different parts of the beach: the southern part, which is peaceful and ideal for relaxation and tranquility, or the northern part, which is lively, noisy, with music, water gymnastics, dance, team sports and so on. Beach service 1 umbrella + 1 beach chair / apartment for free.

The residence has 35 apartments over 5 floors in the complex. Each apartment has a kitchenette in the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and 1 parking space per apartment.
• MONO 3 - apartment for max. 3 people consisting of one room with double sofa bed and single bed. Without balcony and sea view, facing the courtyard.
• MONO 4 BV - apartment for max. 4 persons consists of one room with double sofa bed and two folding chairs or couches. It has a small balcony and side sea views.
• BILO 4 / 5 B - apartment for max. 5 people consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa double bed or bunk bed and single bed. It has a small balcony without sea view, facing the courtyard.
• BILO 4 / 5 BPV - apartment for max. 5 people consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa double bed or 3 single beds. It has a balcony and direct sea views.
• BILO 4 - apartment for max. 5 people consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa double bed or 3 single beds. It has a balcony and sea views.
• TRILO 6 / 8 BPV - apartment for max 8 person has a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and in addition may be even a bed. It has a balcony with direct sea view.

Self-catering. Possibility to pay half or full board (05/21 - 09/10/2011).

Reception, elevator, restaurant, bar with music on the terrace overlooking the sea, internet corner for a fee, library, launderette and drying room for coins, 2 car parks.

Table Tennis, WiFi, bicycles. Organized during the season for visitors of all kinds of activity - programs for adults and children free (07.03 - 09.04.2011). Near the WWF park Tor Caldara.

Babysitting for a fee on the spot.

For a fee of diet for dogs + training.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. Apartments must be free on Saturdays until 10.00.
