Pleasant residence is located in a quiet location in Limone sul Garda. The center and the nearest beach are less than 2km.

The residence offers accommodation in 32 apartments on 2 floors in 3 buildings.
All apartments for 2-4 persons with bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, kitchenette, heating, satellite TV and balcony or terrace. Safe on request at extra cost.
• MONO 2 - for up to 2 persons has a living room with kitchenette and double bed or sofa bed for 2 persons.
• BILO 4 - for max. 4 people has a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed or 2 single sofa plus sea.

Individual.

Bar / snack bar, swimming pool with fresh water and sun beds, lounge with satellite TV, table tennis, parking.

Cot on request in advance at an additional cost. Playground.

The standard length of stay is 7 nights, minimum 5 nights, arrival day is Saturday, other on request. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released on departure day by 10.00.

Final cleaning is included, but must pass tidy apartment, especially kitchen, doing so may be charged € 20.00 / apartment.
