Beautiful Rio holiday villa complex is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro approximately 900m from the downtown. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 300 m away.

Sandy beach is about 900meters from the villas, beach service (1 umbrella, a beach chair and a beach chair) for a fee on the spot.

The complex consists of 6 three-storey terraced villas with an internal staircase and the attic.
• D8 - villa have three have three bedrooms (one with double bed, two with two beds or bunk bed), living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, garage and garden. Each villa is modern furnished and have satellite TV, safe, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine. Air at an additional cost.

Self catering.

Small private garden with garden furniture, the complex has a nice pool. Each house has an underground garage with two parking spaces, connected by stairs to the floor.

Baby cot for children under 3 years on request at an additional cost on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hrs. Appartements must be released by 10:00 hrs.

Final cleaning is not included, so you must submit a tidy apartment. Otherwise, the charge € 100.00.
