Holiday complex Fiori consists of terraced houses with shared garden and swimming pool for children and adults. Located about 300 m from the center to the edge of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Sandy beach is about 900m from the complex. Beach service (1 umbrella, a beach chair, 1 beach chair / apartment) for a fee on the spot.

The apartments are functionally furnished and have satellite TV, microwave oven, coffee maker, and safe parking place. Air conditioning for a fee.
• D8 - Apartment for 6-8 persons is located on 3 floors. Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, small room with shower and sink, terrace with fireplace, parking. 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 balconies. Another bedroom with two single beds in the attic.
• E9 - Apartment for 7-9 persons is located on 3 floors. Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, small room with shower and sink, terrace with fireplace, parking for two cars. 1st Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, 1 with two single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 balconies. Another bedroom with two twin beds in the attic.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 09.00 pm.
