Nice apartment villa has 3 appartements and is situated in a quiet and green part of Lignano Riviera near shops, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias and Riviera Park.

Sandy beach is only 100m from the villa.

Each apartment has a safe, satellite TV and a parking space in a fenced garden.
• Apartment B3 is on 1st floor has living room with kitchenette, large terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers, a double bedroom and a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. The possibility to use a common garden.
• Apartment D8 is on the ground floor has a living room with dining area and double sofa bed, terrace with sitting area facing the garden, kitchen with fridge-freezer, 2 double bedrooms with double bed or two single beds, another bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower box and toilet.

Self catering.

Extra bed, cot and high chairs for children free of charge, on request when booking.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 pm, appartements must be released until 10.00 am.

Although final cleaning is included, the apartment must be passed straight (especially kitchenette - fridge off, washed dishes and floors, rendered garbage ...) otherwise it will be charged.
