The apartment house consists of four apartments located in the quieter part of Lignano Sabbiadoro Center, near the center.

sandy beach is about 600 m away from the apartments.
Beach service is for fee on the spot.

Each apartment has a microwave, coffee maker and safe.
• B4 Apartment for 4 people has a living room with sofa double sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet.
• C4 Apartment for 4 people has a living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet.
• C5 Apartment for 5 persons has a living room with sofa-bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet.

Garden, parking space for apartment.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 hrs. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

• Extra bed € 5,00 per day
• cot € 25.00 per week,

• comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 per person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed over to tidy apartment in the opposite case will be charged € 100.00 / apartment.
