Modern, fully fenced villa with 2 apartments are situated in the quiet middle of green, in Lignano Riviera.

Sandy beach is about 250 m away.
Beach service is for a fee on the spot.

Simply and efficiently furnished apartments have 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet with 1 in a double room, kitchen corner in living room, color TV with a central TV antenna.
• Type E6 for 6 people comprises of a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed or 2 single beds, living room with double sofa.

Large garden, outdoor parking.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 09.00 pm.
