2 Nelson villas each have two apartments and is located in a large common garden at the Lignano Pineta. The shops are about 200m from the apartments at the nearby "Parco Hemingway" is a children's playground and space for sports.

Sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea from the apartment is located about 750m.

The apartments are comfortably furnished and have satellite TV, microwave oven, coffee maker, safe, garden and one parking space. Air conditioning on request at an extra charge on the spot.
• B5 - Apartment for 3-5 persons has a living room with double bed, a bedroom with three beds, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Baby cot for children under 3 years on request for a fee on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 09:00 hrs.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be handed over to the apartment tidy (special kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
