Holiday complex Marta with a common Pine garden is located about 300 m from the center in Lignano Pineta.

The apartments are from sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea, situated about 250 m.

The apartments are effectively equipped, all have satellite TV, microwave, coffeemaker, safe, and parking space (for a suite-type B2-3 parking on the road).
• B1-3 - Apartment for 3-4 people is located on the ground floor and has a living room with single sofa, bedroom with three single beds, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and toilet (no bidet), shared garden and parking space. Extrabed (4. bed)
• B2-3 - Apartment for 3-4 people is located on the first floor and has a balcony, bedroom with three single beds, living room with single sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet (no bidet) and a parking space on the road. Extrabed (4. bed)
• C6 - Apartment for 4-6 persons is located on the ground and has a garden or on the floor with a balcony. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, living room with double folding sofa, dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet and has a marked parking space.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights, starting day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 h, apartments must be released to 9.00 pm.
