The apartment house is situated in a quiet part of the resort Lignano Pineta. The Villa is surrounded by a closed garden and parking space for each apartment.

Sandy beach is located about 400m from the villa. Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 deck chairs) included in price.

The apartments are completely renovated to include equipment garden or terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning (fee required), washing machine.
• B 4 - apartment is located on two floors: On the ground floor is terrace to the garden, lounge with kitchenette and sofa-bed, on 1st floor is bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C 6 - apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with separate beds, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
