A beautiful complex is located in the quieter part of town near the center of Lignano Pineta and park Hemingway. Short walk to get to the supermarket, snack bars and pizzerias. In the vicinity there is also an Olympic swimming pool, water parks Aquasplash and Guliverlandia.

Sandy beach is located about 300 meters from the villa.
Accomodation
Each villa has satellite TV, dishwasher, safe, front garden with garden furniture and parking in the garden.
• Apartment type D 6 has on the ground floor living room with dining area and garden view, kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is bedroom with double bed, triple bedroom, each with balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 pm, room must be released until 10.00am.
