Beach is located 250 m from the villa.

The villa is composed of 10 suites furnished simply and efficiently, with large covered terrace. The villa is a garden and one parking space per apartment.
• Apartment type B5 for 5 persons consisting of living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, central TV antenna.
• Apartment type C6 for 6 people comprises of lounge with sofa-bed for 2 persons, 2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, central TV antenna.

Baby cot for children until 3y. on request for supplement.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 17.00 hrs. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed over to tidy apartment in the opposite case will be charged € 100.00 / apartment.

The possibility of air-conditioned coach transport + surcharge for boarding location. Transfer Agency - apartment and back (paid on the spot).
