Pleasant two- family house completely refurbished located in a quiet part in Lignano Pineta. The Villa is surrounded by green pine forests and near the shops.

Sandy beach is located about 200 m from the villa.

Modern furnished apartments for 8 persons are equipped with satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The garden is outdoor grill and fenced garden with 2 parking spaces. Air-conditioning on request for a fee.
• E 8 - consists of lounge with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 further bedrooms with separate beds, kitchen enclosure, and two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
