A two floorhouse is situated in the garden of pine forest in the holiday resort Lignano Sabbiadoro. The city center is available for a few minutes walk.

Villas are modern and practically furnished and include: satellite TV, microwave, coffee- maker, safe. Air-conditioning on request for a fee.

Small pets allowed on request for a fee.

Minimum length of stay is 7 night. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Villa must be released every Saturday until 9.00 pm.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and it´s need to delivered straight (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.

Transfer agency - apartment and back € 15,00 per unit.
