Elegant and quite villa on 2 floors with 6 apartments and the entrance to 1st floor by spiral wooden stairs. Villa is situated on a quiet spot in the resort of Lignano Pineta, 300 m from the beach and in close proximity from the center.

Sandy beach is 300 m away.
Beach service is for a fee on the spot.

On the first floor there are 3 apartments, which are neatly and efficiently equipped apartments have no balconies. Apartments have the beautiful garden which is fenced with wooden railings.
• A 3 - Apartment for 3 persons: living room, bedroom with one double bed and single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
• C 6-apartment for 6 persons: living room with divan- bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Self catering.

Large closed garden with reserved parking places.

Small pets allowed on request for a fee.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartment must be released every Saturday until 9.00 pm.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be handed over to apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.

Transfer agency - apartment and back € 15,00 per apartment.
