Pleasant and elegant villa Briciola is located in Lignano Riviera, right on the beach promenade. It is near the center of Pineta and Riviera, where a wide range of entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Nearby are the thermal baths "Terme".

Sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea is about 20m from the villa. Beach service fee on the spot, free beach without facilities for free.

Villa Briciola is fenced and has 6 suites. Available to clients are 4 apartments: 2 type C6 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor type D8 (2apartments type B in the basement of the season do not).
All apartments are air conditioned, have satellite TV, Wi-Fi and free safe. Each apartment includes a parking space.
• C6 - apartment for max. 6 people has a large living room overlooking a large terrace equipped with table and chairs, double sofa bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 bedroom with two single beds with balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet , washing machine.
• D8 - apartment for max. 8 people have a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a small balcony, 3 double bedrooms with balconies (double bed or twin beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet in one of the bathrooms has a washing machine.
Note: Living room in apartment type C is larger than the living room to type D.

Self catering.

Parking in rear of the villa. Other vehicles, customers can park in front of the villa to the public parking spaces.

Illuminated swimming pool (5x10m), which is open from late April to late September. Pool cleaning staff daily in the morning. Garden with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds, terrace for sunbathing.

Extra bed, cots and high chairs for children free of charge, on request when booking in advance (to the limited capacity).
Apartment holiday home can be rented outside the summer season throughout the year - are heated.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 pm, apartments must be released on departure day by 10.00 am.

Although final cleaning is included, the apartment must be passed straight (especially kitchenette - fridge off, washed dishes and floors, rendered garbage ...) otherwise it will be charged.
