Beethoven Villas are three separate Villas is easily accessible from the pedestrian zone, is located close to shops in Lignano Riviera.

Villas are located about 300 m from the beach, where you get a pleasant walk.
Beach service for a fee on the spot.

The spacious, purpose and furnished apartments have a large garden, safe, satellite TV and 2 parking spaces for each cottage.
• Type E - apartment for 8 people has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, livingroom with double sofa, dining area and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Baby cot for children up to 3y. on request for a fee on spot.

Small animals allowed for a fee.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 167.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 10.00 pm.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary that the apartment was handed over to put (a special dining area, bathroom and WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.
