Two-storey residence is located 400 meters from the beach on the part of Lignano - Pineta.

The sandy beach is equipped with only 400 m away, beach service (1 umbrella, a beach chair, a beach chair) at the price.

Each apartment has a kitchenette, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony, air conditioning (for a fee), a garden and a parking space.
• C5 - Apartment for 5 persons consisting of one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds and a living room with sofa single sofa bed.
• D7 - Apartment for 7 persons including one bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds and a living room with double sofa bed.

Self catering.

Cot from children under 3 years on request for a fee on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released until 9.00 pm.

• air conditioning € 3,50 / day (on request for a fee on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance ECP Plus € 2,00 / person / day

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be handed over to the apartment tidy (special kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
