Primavera Residence is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro center, next to the "Parco Hemingway" is playground. The residence consists of two different buildings, the ground floor shop.

Equipped with sandy beach is about 500 m.

All apartments have a balcony or terrace, central TV antenna, kitchenette in the living room and bathroom with shower and toilet.
• A3 - Apartment for 3 persons room has a dining area with double sofa bed and a separate convertible sofa.

Self catering.

Elevator, pool for children and adults, garden, public parking.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

• Refundable deposit € 100.00 / apartment (paid on the spot).

• Extra bed € 5,00 per day,
• linen € 8,00 per person / sharing,
• cot € 25.00 per week (all on-demand service fee on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance ECP Plus € 2,00 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.

Transfer agency - apartment and back on request for a fee € 15,00 per unit.
