New elegant residential complex Porta del Mare is located in the tourist port of Marina Punta Faro with a large park-garden.

Sandy private beach with no beach facilities is located 100m from the complex.

The apartments are modern and purpose of the plant, have air conditioning (for a fee), balcony, security door, satellite dish, and color TV.
• B 4 - Apartment for 4 persons has a living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and a folding chair for 1 person, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and terrace.
• D 6 - apartment for 6 people has a living room with sofa bed for 1 person bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a third room with single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace
• E 6 - apartment for 6 people has a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower- box and bathroom with shower, balcony. On the 1st floor is mansarda with double divan bed and a terrace for sunbathing.

Elevator, Front Desk, 1 parking space or garage apartment.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 pm. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
